Days & Times of Camp: (6 Workouts / 6 Weeks) Tuesday's from 5:30PM - 8PM

Details: This Winter baseball camp is ideal for players entering Middle School & High School. Specifically targeted for players preparing for 2023 Season & prospective Middle School & High School programs. Includes 7 Workouts in 7 Weeks, ALL workouts held on Tuesday.

Camp details include:

• Team & Individual Fundamentals, Simulated Games
• Individual Fundamentals : Dynamics Stretch, Athletic Development, Hitting, Throwing, Defense, Pitching, Catching, Infield, Outfield, Base-running, Arm Care
• Team Fundamentals : Cuts & Relay, Fly Ball Communication, Run Downs & Simulated Games
